★☆ November 2017 to February 2018 gets! + made more figures! ☆★
Hello hello everyone! I hope everyone's had a good year so far, I certainly have! I've managed to get some brilliant things in the past four months andI'm excited to show them to you guys! There were so many plushies and it was just crazy!
Summary pictures!
We'll start off with plushies!
Pokemon dolls! I'm slowly but steadily and unintentionally buying each of the eeveelutions pokedoll. Just Eevee and Jolteon left to go lol. I always forget Ocoricio and always have to google its japanese name, Odoridori, because thats just so much catchier than Ocoricio. Anyway, I love the Sensu form so much for its oriental vibes. Rowlet was just a random get because one day I realised I forgot to buy one when they came out! Ah I'm sorry my round birb.
Doggo pokemon Dolls! I really love the Midday form! It's the only one that doesn't faceplank but the midnight form's little feetsies are also very cute.
Old school pokedolls + Slowpoke Kuttari! My favourites are Swampert, Venusaur, Spiritomb and Snover. I love pokedolls that are the most derpy compared to their normal counterparts. I keep thinking the Snover pokedoll is an Abomasnow because of how chubby it is. The vaporeon is a 2008 version and she's so minky and soft!
In my last loot post, I mentioned that I accidentally bought the DX Groudon instead of the regular for my Kyogre. Well I found DX a new home and managed to get the regular! Now they match and I sleep better at night knowing that.
And speaking of pairs, I got Ho-Oh for my Lugia.
And here's mah blue boi, Swampy the Swampman with his Blaziken buddy. Just Sceptile to go and I'l have accomplished at least one thing already in 2018.
No gets post of mine is complete without Raichus! The San-ei plush is adorable! This Raichu pokedoll also happens to be my fourth one, and she's a glam raichu so she gets diamonds and flowers.
They make me so happy.
I know I'm too late but I also got last year's christmas plushies! Especially loving Pikachu's outfit concept!
And new year rolled around, and threw more plushies my way. I really love the ITS'DEMO vulpixes. There were heaps of auctions for sleeping bag Rowlet and Vulpix so I went ahead and bidded on a couple. Ended up with one each. The tag art is so cute and the bags also have a front pocket with zips!
Figures! (excuse my swampert showing us his belly) There's many Mimikyu.
The Lilie nendoroid is so cute but I hate her hat omg. It keeps falling off. They're making a Z-move form of her from USUM and and I can't wait because she's even cuter!
Clear files, straps, badges and clips! I adore the new pokemon with you badges, they have little heart shapes in them and that's like adorable af. The Pokemon Time Magikarp file and the Corsola and Charizard straps were actually a gifts from friends. I'm also not sure where those clips are from, besides the fact that they were apparently sold at KiddyLand in Japan. They're actually quite useful.
And finally, something I legit have been using almost everyday: Pokemon center's Winter Hide and Seek 2017 lap blanket! It's actually summer where I am though but its been a cool summer and it still gets cold at night.
And here's an update on what I've been making!
Sceptile, Dragonite, Jigglypuff, Natu and Butterfree pokedoll figures!
So I made a Sceptile pokedoll figure because whilst I can't get the official thing right now, I can at least complete my Hoenn starter evolved trio in polymer clay form. He was actually the easiest out of the trio to make.
I also remade Blaziken! Whilst there was nothing wrong with my previous sculpture and I was really happy with it when I finished it, the Swampert I made after it was almost twice its size and this difference really bothered me. So something had to be remade and I had more orange clay than blue left so I remade Blaziken.
Dragonite Pokedoll figure! I made him extra fat <3
Jiggly! She was the easiest one to make haha.
A pea with a beak! I feel like his feet might've been too big but I still can't really tell based on the photos from other users.
Butterfree pokedoll figure! This one was troublesome to make since I couldn't definitively tell what the wing patterns were but I think it came out pretty good.
I've managed to make a fair few over the last few months but unfortunately uni has started so I won't be able to make any until semester breaks. Critic is also welcome!
