Quick view on Venusaur PokeCen plush

A few months ago I bought this Venusaur on eBay, a seller from China.
From here many times you have told me that if it is from China you should never buy Pokémon merchan because it will almost always be bootleg.
The fact is that this Venusaur is apparently legit, can anyone get me out of doubt?
As much as I look and look I can not figure it out, if someone owns one would come very well to know.
