More mysterious unreleased Eeveelution TOMY mascots ??

Hello community, I hope you all had enjoyable new year's celebrations !

As some of you know, TOMY released its 2017 catalog very recently. A few days before, I had posted about two Espeon & factory-rejected Sylveon TOMY keychain plushes with plastic hooks and without hang tags I had stumbled upon on taobao.com.

I just looked in the catalogue and while I don't see Glaceon, Vaporeon or Slyveon in keychain plush form, the already out Eevee and Umbreon/Espeon are shown as products coming out. I also saw something else that made me excited... Pitapokes getting a US release!!

Oh, really ? Strange, I didn't see any of that in the catalog... And Pitapokés too ? I had no idea TOMY were the ones making the Pitapokés ! Is there any picture of the keychains or Pitapokés, please ?

Looking back, after I was able to zoom in, I realized it wasn't keychain plush but rather shoulder plush! It only has placeholder pictures at moment, but the pitapokes have actual pictures. These toys fall under a section that says "fall of 17 at select retailers".

I really hope TOMY comes through with these, sooo cute! Im so happy were getting pitapoke too, ive wanted some forever but they're so much to ship.

I live in the US and I wasn't able to find any information about those plush on the US Tomy website unfortunately :(

Do we know for sure if these are US releases? Or perhaps japanese or european ones? o.o

I know right? If there is an Umbreon, I must track it down myself. I actually found Fdarkly has the Glaceon up for sale on eBay, not sure how they got it, I sent them a message about it.

I believe those are US/European, as they have a bit tush tag with "tomy.com". I also think Fdarkly got the Glaceon on taobao.com, a website both me and them use to buy items.

Did you find the Umbreon for sale or a Flareon? I gotta get me an Umbreon, so hope it will release.

I'd hate if this were the case, but is it possible these are bootleg keychain versions of the standard Eeveelution Tomys? :\

Oh yes, this is a possibility ! They would be very impressive bootlegs...

How interesting! As far as I know, there's been no word on a release of US Tomy Eeveelution keychains, besides an Eevee one they released a few years ago. What's interesting is that the ones pictured are made from the same material as the normal US Tomy keychains, and they all have original standing patterns :O. Could this be another rare item for Eeveelu collectors?
