Gets, (Late) Spring Swap, Updated Sales
I haven't posted in a long time, ahhh!! A lot has happened since February in my personal life, leaving less time for my personal website updates or major posts on Pkmncollectors. Spring Swap came and went, and I also received some cool new items!
First up, I received my Spring Swap item in April. I received a US version of the Altaria plush, and some Scyther/Drifloon minis. I have no idea who sent this to me, as there was no card included in the box or any clues as to who sent the item to me. Thank you, Mystery Gifter!
I hope everyone that participated in the gift swap received something great. I personally enjoyed making a card to go with the gift I sent, as handmade cards are some of my favorite things!
Secondly, I picked up some cool things during the Pokemon Center Kyoto promo, some Gotochi items, Pokemon Anniversary items and a few miscellaneous Little Tales items. Thanks to gaarasyami, chocolate_chip and poliwhirl for help with obtaining all of the Kyoto and Gotochi items.
The Standing Maiko-chu is probably my favorite Pikachu plush, ever. The detail is really nice!
I LOVE stationery goods more than any other Pokemon item, so I had to get the Pokemon Center Kyoto notebook and pen. The pressed coins were also a nice bonus to get.
I purchased almost everything from the Kyoto promotion besides the teacups and the fan. I have two boxes of rusk (which is DELICIOUS), and both clear file and sticker sets. I keep the clear file sets in my clear file holder, along with the stickers, which is why they're not pictured.
poliwhirl picked these up for me during their Kyushu/Shikoku Gotochi pickup! Metal keychains from this series are my favorite.
I pre-ordered the Japanese copies of the original Pokemon games! So far, I have Pokemon Green installed on my Japanese system, as it's the only color that never made it to the US. The extra Town Map and cartridge magnet are nice bonuses!
I'm...kind of obsessed with nanoblocks. I have almost every set so far. I just need to order the Farfetch'd set, as I already have Blastoise and Venusaur waiting for me. I can't wait to do these monochrome sets so I can use the extra pieces to create Mew!
