A quick question about buying boxes of EU Zukan capsules!
Hi guys, hope you're all well! It's absolutely killing me that ALL of my collections are still packed away in boxes as I'm still looking for my own place in England! I've so many awesome little gets to show you all, I just can't get to them right now! D:
"So why are you blithering away now, Lureche!?!" I hear you all yell...well. I found a picture on Google! This one to be exact!
I recognised it right away as being a box of the EU release of the Zukan figures that were scattered about in shops, sold in little surprise capsules! I remember walking past these in the likes of GAME or Forbidden Planet back when I wasn't really into collecting...touché life, touché. I always remembered that Palkia and such were always the big ones featured...but I've never seen this set before! Apparently, it contains the full Nidoqueen line Zukan! my female Nido line grail! I never had a clue that her Zukan line even had a European release so I'm massively intrigued by the thought that perhaps by managing to track down one of these boxes somehow, I could very well stand a chance at getting one of my grails in a beautiful MIP condition!
So for my questions...
1: Was the Nidoqueen line Zukan actually released in this set or was it just a randomly placed stock image for the box (unlikely, I know, but you can never be too careful! I don't want to purchase a box which never had a chance at delivering my Nidos! xP)
2: Was this set in general ever released? I'm having a hard time finding out anything about this Evolution Figures Vol.2 set, so it has me wondering if it was perhaps a discontinued set?
3: If it's not discontinued at all, where would be my best bet to find one of these boxes to buy? I've found one Italian site so far which is of course out of stock, so I was wondering where some of you guys managed to buy your zukans in bulk?
Aaand finally,
4: Did the Nidoking line ever get the same treatment? Will I be able to track his box down to purchase as well?
