Pikachu fat plush info?

Small question, im still looking for the fat pikachu plush. I thought it would be released this month, but i still dont see it anywhere to buy :O only pre orders. Who knows where/when I can buy? Or is it only possible with pick ups?
(oh and another LiveJournal question, i want to update my sales list with more pokemon merch, but it keeps saying -file size error- and i dont know what im doing wrong! I even upgraded my account to a paid account but still not possible... And i have still MBs left.. xD who knows it? Otherwise I cant sell more pokemon stuff :3)
