I just wanted to let you know that they aren't like face towel material and more like the really thin wall-scroll type material.

Yea, and they are gonna be hard to come by, to get a shot at getting it, you have to purchase 4000yen worth of stuff. (8000 yen you get 2 shot and so on.)
Mega Tokyo, you have to pick up the red ball in a box in a slew of other white and green balls. (Green balls you get special clear files)

Nagoya you have to spin the raffle drum to get your chance at winning it. lol

I currently am in Japan, so that's how I know.
They are as plasticanomaly said, really thin wall scroll type material.
