Hesitant Collection Weeding Sales and Offers

I feel like my collection is too big for me to afford, and being that I am also trying to save for a trip, its time for me to let some things go :(
Im happy that I can sell things here where my items can find happy loving homes!

Important notes:
- I will only accept payment through PayPal. Shipping and PayPal fees are not included in prices below unless otherwise stated.
- I am only willing to ship within the USfor now.
- Commitments do NOT have priority over quotes. It is first come, first serve.
- When you inquire about an item, you will have 4 hours to respond after I do unless you ask for more time! I will hold an item for 24 hours,any time after that you have to be committed!
- I will hold an item for 48 hours before payment is due, maximum one week IF REQUESTED. Please communicate if you need more time!
- I will accept payment plans on certain items, lots, or large orders. Please ask before commiting!
- I live in a smoke free, pet friendly home! I have two long hair cats, and while the house is kept clean and tidy, hair can travel, and I will be sure to thoroughly clean the item the best I can before shipping.
- I reserve the right to not sell to any user for reasons I see fit. I will also ban non-paying users or those middlemanning for banned users.
- I will only accept haggling on items marked OBO ("Or Best Offer").

Riolu $40$35 shipped OBO (I dont know how much he's worth x__x)
He has some brownish discolation on the back of his head and on his tail. My Lucario pokedoll has the same thing. Im not sure if its actually dirty, maybe its from being displayed? Anyone have info?
