More amiibo ;_; and a question about booties!

Two days ago I posted because I was so happy after get the new pokemon amiibo. The next day, my brother bringed me home as surprise another pair... and now I have received other greninja T.T!
Why I dont have this luck with the other amiibos T.T???
And this is the question.... I bought these figures a loooot of years ago. I'm pretty sure that all 4 are booties, but... why the first pair is that different? I mean, a long decattly, nd the thin tail of that skitty.... these are just a VERY bad booties? I remember that when I bought them, was the summer of when R/S were released, and then I thought that were male and female xDU
