I found the petit on yahoo for a great price! It's really hard to find some of those petits nowadays, they are super expensive!

I'll send you a pm!

Ah thanks for the hint :) However, I only buy preowned stuff for ethical reasons ("made in China" often means bad working conditions). So I'd rather look for one on sites like the community or Yahoo Japan where people who don't want their plush anymore sell it. :) but thanks anyway for your consideration.

All Pokemon products are made in China... hobby_japan is a very recommendable seller.
If you buy from Y!J you will have more fees at the end (with shipping etc).

Correct me if I'm wrong, j_ule, but it's more about not giving manufacturers and retailers more money and supporting their business than about boycotting the items themselves. If you buy pre-owned, the retailer gets nothing, and another collector gets some money they may need - no profit goes to anyone who supports bad work environments! c:

Yes, I know all Pokemon products are made in China. To be honest, I feel bad supporting those working conditions by directly buying the plush. I love Pokemon, but I also "love" humans and only because they're far away, it's not that I don't care about them if they're treated unfairly. You have to understand this is difficult for me. But anyway, I am not "forcing" anyone to adopt my view, it's just that personally, these are my ethical standards. So I made a compromise with Pokemon collecting. I love Pokemon too much as to give up collecting so I said to myself, I will not "directly" support it by buying new stuff but only if plush turn up that are second-hand meaning by previous owners. They were bought anyway and now are resold, but I also take care to only buy stuff from people who really owned the stuff before. It's similar to buying second-hand clothing, you know? Only with collectible items. This is really important to me. I hope you understand ( ... )
