Plush Repair Questions
Hey pkmncollectors, I was hoping that some of you might be able to give me advice on restoring my poor, aged Lucario plush. I bought him from Nintendo World in the mid-2000's. This guy is my very favorite piece of pokemon merchandise, and the paint used to make his black parts has been peeling for the last several months. This didn't come about from any accident or rough treatment-- he has simply been sitting with my other plush and shedding off his color :(
As you can see, the damage is thorough. Does anyone have any advice for re-painting him? Is it latex paint he was originally made with? Whatever it is, it's on another lucario plush of mine and that one is starting to peel too. If anyone has any advice, please share because I love this little guy and want to return him to his full glory asap!
