Did you get that entei from McDonald promo I recall? I know gold star is super hard to find. I believe there is a deck box/case for Cynthia, and I do think there are sleeves in that case.
I don't know of many Cynthia items, but here's what I do know about: There are cards (Cynthia's Feelings, Cynthia's Guidance (and promo), and some of her Pokemon as SP cards (some also available as promo)), card merchandise (deckbox, two different card sleeves, long box, playmat, and maybe a binder but I've never seenone), the bookmark from the champions bookmark set, and posters and league cards from Pokemon league play a few years ago.
There's a playmat that was given away as a promo or prize at Japanese tournaments --- it's paper/plastic of some kind, not mousepad material like most playmats in the US are. I have it, but I'm always afraid to damage it, so I never use it at tournaments. I've seen a couple of custom (and likely copyright violating) Cynthia playmats out there as well, and traded for one at one point because it was adorable, but there's never been an official US playmat featuring Cynthia.

I know the sleeves aren't the usual '32 in a pack' sleeves.

Like the new Lizardon Y sleeves. I think those are PC exclusive releases or something.
