Gets, a Full Collection Update and More *PICTURE HEAVY*
I know it's been a while since I updated my full collection, so I thought that I'd throw that in with the gets post~
First up is and Ebay get. I had this as a kid, but I have no idea what happened to my original copy. I was very happy to get this lightly-loved copy with the poster it originally came with. The weirdest thing about not having my original copy is that I still have my copy of the original version (red w/o info on Mew and Togepi).
Here's another Ebay get! I've wanted one of these since I was a kid (my best friend as a kid had one and it looks so much better than the original TOMY)
Next up is a Mew from marphoria This one is technically not mine. I bought this little cutie for my Mew-loving girlfriend. She really loves the original Mew coloring because of Pokemon Snap. When I gave the Mew to her, she squealed "Snap Mew!"
On another note, I love it when sellers send little notes like this~ (especially knowing that marphoria used something in their collection to stamp the note >w<)
This is another very lucky Ebay find (though I wish it had been a full set). Thank you SO much to everyone in the comm that commented on my post asking about its legitimacy. Once it got here, I could tell for sure that it is legit! He's absolutely gorgeous. I should have taken a pic of him and my golden Charizard together.

Here is probably one of the most exciting things I've ever received. I never thought I would ever have one of these in my hands, so you can imagine my reaction when I found one I could afford. It has marks on it and the nose is scraped off, but I'm still absolutely ecstatic that I have one. Thank you SO much tiirabird!
I had a bootleg before I got this beauty, so I thought I'd compare them. The thing I found amazed me. The bootleg is noticeably smaller than the legit!
On a side note, I would like some advice on how to restore the nose and get rid of the marks. I would like to restore this beauty to its former glory.
I got this from myvampirelust19~ This is my first Zukan and I am SO happy with the quality and detail, even in the tiny Venipede! Most people don't know, but Scolipedes (and the line in general) are among my top favorite Pokemon. I have wanted this Zukan for a while, but it seems like every time one popped up on Ebay I wouldn't have money, or it would be in an expensive set (with the others that came out at the same time). I was surprised that they didn't have pegs. I assumed that all Zukans had pegs because everyone talked about them, but I'm actually glad that these guys don't~ It's so fun to move them around on the stand.
I would like to admit that it took me a STUPID long time to get the Scoli's horns into their pegs. As you can see, I finally got it in, but I was SUPER embarrassed once I realized why I was having trouble (basically I decided X horn went to X hole... then figured out that if I swapped them, they went in without a fight >////<).
Last, but not least, the Fennekin hat~ I didn't get this in person. One of my very best friends picked this up for me at the midnight release because I couldn't go. It's a little beaten up because of its trip to me, but I still love it~
I took pictures of my ENTIRE collection (including what was in boxes last time) so that people could see everything. I just hope that I don't find something I missed again (though I almost missed ALL of my plushies before posting this >///<) The only thing not in these pics it the Fennekin Hat... I just didn't want to dig through everything to add it in.

I would like to mention that I don't actually have the game cartridge for Pokemon Pearl (I gave it to a friend) and I don't have the case for Platinum.

I also thought that some people would be interested in a Mew-themed update~ I've been working on my Mew plush that I asked for help with in this post: http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/15240779.html This is after one round of soaking in Oxyclean and soap. It still has some blackish spots that I'm hoping to clean.
This is the new eye that I'll print out when I'm done cleaning the Mew, though it still needs some refining:
Lastly, I was wondering how rare the Gyarados and Magikarp zukans are and how much I should expect to spent on them (I'm aware that they are two separate zukans)? I am NOT seeking them, only asking. I'm constantly updating my personal wishlist and to do that I need to know the rarity of items.
