Pre-XY shenanigans!!! (A lil' gets post)
Hello all you wonderful people! ^-^ Today i come to you with a small gets post~ After uni, I decided head straight over to my local TRU to check out what they had there (and also track down something in particular)...
I knew I definitely wanted the Typhlosion & pokeball set, but then I just realised it was the Catch 'n' Return pokeball!! I wanted one but only knew of the Espeon and Umbreon Catch 'n' Return sets. I'm double happy now~~ :D
I also got PIkachu & Flareon because they're both adorable, and I wanted to see the 'new & improved' XY figures for myself. :3
Back view of the packaging: (I absolutely loved the black design, it even has glossy pokeball prints on it! Very impressive~)
Also, Heloptile & Vaporeon are coming soon guys! :3
All together~~ (I still can't get over the fact that I have a REAL pokeball now!! With added wheels functionality, hehe..)
I underestimated how cute Flareon is in person!!! Asdaoncnsfmk~~~
The matte paint is so beautiful (less glare) and pretty accurate! (especially on Flareon's lil' sticking-out tongue)
Glad I held out for this Pikachu figure (instead of getting the glossy BW version). The lines & colours really do stand out on the new XY figures! (my pics are a little dull though... ^^;;)
And my best fire buddy~~ <3 <3 <3
I grabbed the last figure from the shelf but I'm pretty happy with the paint job. ^.^ His open mouth was painted quite nicely :3
OMG, less than a day 'till X and Y come out, everyone!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D ~ Who's extremely-superly-duperly-hyper excited?? No... not me. *shifty eyes*
I plan to go down to the store first thing in the morning :3 (won't be attending a midnight release -0-). OUR ADVENTURE IN THE KALOS REGION AWAITS US!!!!!!!
