So one day I was browsing on online classifieds and found two GIANT PLUSHIES. I picked them up right away. Check the cut for PICS!
This is the giant Toy Factory Snivy (50"). To give you a sense of the scale, the oshawott and tepig are JAKKS and Snivy is an american TOMY. The material inside feels like styrofoam as it's very light to make it easily hangable on the wall or the ceiling. I still haven't decided where to hang this big fellow. The fabric is not of the highest quality either so overall, in consideration of the material they used for the stuffing, this plush isn't very high quality at all. It is definitely not huggable because it would feel like you're crushing the styrofoam inside (is this bad boy even a plush?). I remember holding him up the first time and thinking to myself "WHY IS IT SO LIGHT?"
This is the toy factory Pikachu (30"). The material is exactly the same as the snivy described above but it seems like the seller had this plush for longer. There is little discolouring on the yellow (not sure if the picture can show it...does anybody have any tips on how to clean it?). I don't want to use water to clean it as I'm afraid it would damage the styrofoam inside. The big oshawott shown is the pokemon center life size version (18").
With all its short-comings, they still look absolutely fantastic and I don't regret getting them at all. Just don't try to play with them. To avoid damaging them, I move them around by holding the string that is attached to the top of the plush. Anyways, thanks for reading and hope you enjoyed the post!
