Collection Update & Major Want

This is a few days delayed but look what was waiting for me on the post shelf when I moved into my new flat!
He works perfectly! But he's a little temperamental. He won't answer you unless you call him by name!!! (Pikachu yelled at my mum too, they are such funny little creatures.)
Now for the want!
I am dying to get my hands on a Zebstrika plush!
I found one on ebay for a price I can afford, from the states... But after recently getting a bootleg Glaceon plush after seeing him and thinking he was gorgeous, i'm still a bit weary of ebay and low prices!
Can anyone tell me if they think THIS is likely to be bootlegged?
