Magby was only released in Japan, yeah? If you don't mind, where did you get him?

ya I am open to payment plans and of how much would the plan be?
I have no clue if he was only available in Japan and I got him in a lot the one in the photo story the lot was from New Hampshire tho if that helps and the only pokedoll that had a tush tag Girantina was from Japan

Magby was released in the US and was available at Nintendo World and the Epcot PokeCenter for quite some time. They only pulled them off the shelves in the last year or so.
