If you put new batteries in the talking togepi do you think he'd still work? How much to ship him to 48060?

I don't see why he wouldn't work :) I'd test it myself, but I don't want to buy a whole pack of batteries just for him. xD Shipping and handling would be $2.80, making your total $7.80.

...I'm horrible at haggling...Every time I try I imagine the other person getting all offended and upset...But you mention that you do haggle on these so I'm trying it out especially since it looks like his paint is a little messed up and we're not 100% on if he works or not.

Is this acceptable?

Feedback left, Togepi has arrived! So far batteries aren't working in him but they're old so I'm hoping new ones will do the trick. *fingers crossed*
