I can definitely associate with

hearing music on your iPod or in the car that suddenly hits you when you definitely had listened to it before. I remember one time when I was walking in Lake Mary by myself and a song came one about relationships with fathers and I just cried. I couldn't imagine not having my father around and then he wasn't. I listen to music to calm me at night when I can't sleep and sometimes the songs that play when I am asleep haunt me during the day and I didn't even realize I was listening to them. Music that connects with you can make a real change in how you feel.
