Semester Over
Figures...I haven't gotten sick this entire semester, and right at the beginning of finals week, I come down with a bad case of the flu. 103.5F temperature, nausea, body aches, all that stuff hits me right on Monday morning. I didn't have any finals on Monday or Tuesday, which didn't make much of a difference seeing as how I was bed-ridden and could barely study anyway.
I went home Tuesday night to try and get better before my Elementary Functions exam Wednesday morning (which I couldn't have done worse on, I'm sure), loading myself up with Tylenol and whatever else we had lying in the medicine cupboard. I stayed home from my Thursday and Friday finals, so I made one of them up on Saturday and the other earlier today. I did miss my Ear Training exam (which is one I skipped on Thursday), but I'll probably just do it at the beginning of next semester. I'm not looking forward to looking at my grades, but I guess I have to sooner or later. Well, the only way from here is up, I guess.
