Trip
We're back from vacation. We spent a week in San Francisco and then went north to Mendocino, south to Monterey, east to Sequoia, and then back to SF.
We saw sea lions, harbor seals, sea otters (with pups), lots of crabs, elk, and marmots. We encountered black bears (yes, plural). Some stuff we saw:
...and probably some others I forgot. In addition, during the business part of the trip, I got ITIL certified. Also, while wandering around downtown SF, I could swear I came across Dave Chappelle. Evidently others thought so, too, because the girl in front of me took his picture. I didn't ask.
It was an excellent time. Again, thanks go to bethmolnar and moconnor for showing us around town and for many excellent dinners, and to jrbl and anami for watching Tiberius while we were gone.
