Adventures in Cooking
I tried my hand a making sushi...
I made rolls with lox and cream cheese, and rolls with imitation crab and cucumber...I couldn't identify sushi-grade fish if it killed me, which it could if I screwed up.
If we liken sushi to art, I just made the kindergarten art project version of sushi.
I hope it's edible, cause it sure ain't pretty.
In other news, if any of you folks want to escape the Christmas cheer, you are welcome at my place, where there will be videogames and anime.

OWOWOWOWOWOW!!! Too much wasabi! *whimper*
It all fell apart, so I thought that I'd eat it with a fork...except I keep getting bites with tons of wasabi. On the bright side, the wasabi they have at cub is certainly not doped down for westerners....
*looks at her very unfinished plate, and ponders the leftovers in the fridge*
If you never hear from me again, it's cause I 'sploded my sinus cavity.
