my weekend
Tommy and I went shopping on Saturday because I was in the mood to shop and he was in the mood to procrastinate. I was the one that was supposed to buy stuff, but instead I only bought a belt. Tommy did all of the buying instead. He got some shoes (3 pair) and two shirts. One of his pairs of shoes that he bought came pre-dirty. Its like buying jeans that either have holes in them already or that look like they are really old and broken in, even though they are brand new. They are very metro though and very cool. Tommy is cool because he buys cool shoes. We went to Triangle Town Center (big mall up on Capital Blvd/I540). It was nice and big. Later that night, while procrastinating even more, Tommy and I went to the Crossroads area and we both got curtains for our rooms. Well I already had the curtains, so I just got a curtain rod, but Tommy got curtains.
Today I threw my first "big" throws while playing with Sugarbuzz. It was really cool, even though the people didn't catch them. It was still really cool to throw the disc more than 15 feet. I ran a lot this afternoon. I also saw my first injury. There were actually two injuries tonight: first, Annie got hit by a very fast disc in the eye/nose. It looked really bad and I wanted to quit because I don't want to get hurt. Then towards the end Tommy hurt his ankle. I don't think it swelled up and turned colors like Annie's injury, but OUCH! I can't wait to play on Tuesday though!!!
I have a busy week at work that I am looking forward to this week, and a short one too, because I am taking off to West Virginia on Thursday evening... YAYYYYY!
