Right it's about time I made another post and said hello to everyone again!
How's everyone doing? All good I hope? I need to read heaps of journals on this thing lol.
Well what have I been up to over the past few months....well it's been a crazy few months pretty hectic and quite stressfull i guess but still quite productive all the same.
I did some work in January for Esquire magazine over here in the UK I did a shoot for them with a new young actor called Stuart Antony. He's been in a few tv shows over here and did have a part in an upcoming movie with the olsen twins. So I made another great friend in him and I loved having my own make up artist (i always enjoy that part ) it is really nice to have a little extra help and it's nice to bounce ideas off of each other.
In the last few months,well since January, I've done photo's featuring Lily Allen, James Morrison, Gruff Rhys (From Super Furry Animals), Derek Moran (he's in a band called D-Side very big in Japan apparently) a few TV presenters (MTV and BBC).So it's been great for the portfolio and I'm loving being asked to do things from people seeing my work and telling me how much they like it ..it's a nice feeling.
I also have three regular slots covering three London based music showcases. My favourite one being held monthly at the Hard Rock Cafe in Old Park Lane. I've had the pleasure of working there for the past two months now and photo'd the acts including Krysten Cummings from RENT. Also I have to photograph the guests theres been people like Duncan James, Leon Lopez, Preeti Dessai (miss great Britain) Rob Kazinsky (from Eastenders) and others.
The work load is still gonna be pretty heavy i guess.. next week I'm in London everyday.Which I guess I'm getting used to now.I hated the Tubes at first (never been a big fan of them) but I can cope with their busyness now.
I've got Avril Lavigne's showcase on Monday night,which should be good. Also I'm doing Pics at the Sugababes concert on 1st of April.I'm looking forward to that.
Actually looking back on this entry and thinking about it I'm not too sure how many of the people you US guys and girls will know that I've mentioned.Hopefully you might know a few.
well thats my update for now it'll probably be like another 3 months or something by the time i write another haha.
I do hope all of you are well and things are going great for everyone.
