Katrina Relief

I just got DSL installed at home. Woot.

I also bought 7 boxes of Zatarain's rice (the website might be down). It's incredibly good and not too bad for you either. It's made in Gretna, LA which is right outside of New Orleans (though the corporate offices might be downtown). According to the latest Google maps image, they (or at least their warehouse) have not been flooded. I made the "French Market" rice and added it to some vegetables and chicken I made in my new crock pot (thanks mom!). I highly recommend it. You may want to get some now because, due to the railroads and highways washed out, it might not be restocked very soon.

I feel like this helps. Somehow.

Am I crazy?

-P :-)
