I'm moving....
It's a basement apartment, it's a half mile from work, everything is included and a ceiling that is two inclues taller than my head.
On Saturday I iron out the contract and give them a deposit, so it's almost a go...like 90% for sure, just don't want to jinx it...but it's practically done.
Move-in day is scheduled to be October 21...more info to come.
