Virgins have written some RESPLENDENT books
Books of 2016!
Looking back over the 2015 list, it really disturbs me how little I remember of some of them. It's led by Old Man's War, which I told someone just a few weeks ago I hadn't read, even though a little bit later in the conversation I began to realize that that wasn't true. Also: A Single Man, which I saw in the bookstore last month and didn't realize I'd already read, in 2015. Also, I'd originally titled this entry "I Read to Live" (quote from the musical Passion), which is exactly what I called the 2014 entry. In short, I worry I'm turning into my 86-year-old grandmother who spends much of her days reading books and then can happily read them again because it's all gone by the next day.
