Guess what? I climbed a mountain yesterday! It was pretty awesome. Sammy and Matt and I went to
Mt. Monadnock (or as I like to call it, Mr. Monadnock) in New Hampshire and climbed the shit out of it! It's the second-most climbed mountain in the world (after Fuji-san) but we didn't feel like it was too crowded. At the summit, there were lots of people, but it really was not too bad. I was very happy, even though I was quite tired at the time and now I'm pretty sore. I'm eating bananas today to get rid of the soreness. Sometimes that works for me. Sammy and Matt and I all had different whiny times, but we worked very well together and suddenly, all of our dreams are coming true!
Nature was kind enough to create some stairs for us! Thanks, nature!
Sammy and Matt celebrate on one summit!
I celebrate with Matt too! Matt can't even believe how excited he is.
I think Sammy is imitating the Blowing Rock thing, where the two people are in love and the lady falls off the rock, but the wind blows her back on or something.
Sometimes I'm very excited. Sammy keeps it under control.
Matt and I loved this.
This is very pretty, isn't it?
On the way back, we saw a lady walking a pony around!
