I did not go to work today. I don't even want to tell you what was coming out of where this morning to prompt that decision. Yuck.
Well I survived my gigs just fine. I summoned up the gods of diva-energy and kicked my usual amount of ass. Ha. Seriously though, I did well and had a really fun gig. Both nights.
Yesterday Yvonne and I played 'bathroom of cosmetology' and dyed each others hair. Pasta eating and Simpsons viewing followed. Good times. I came home around 9pm and was in bed by 9:30. I didn't sleep much at all this weekend, so I crashed hard last night. Ahhh the life of a rock star. (psh)
Tonight Mary came over and finished my taxes. I'm getting just under $800 back. Nice chunk I'd say. First I pay off my Discover card, then I pay off my balance from my furniture. I think that pretty much wipes it out. Damn. Oh well..I'm glad to get what I'm getting. After she finished my taxes, we went over to Kirk's place. Kirk has a big ol' crush on me and tonight he made it clearly evident. Ha. I just wanna fuck him. He has nice biceps and tattoos. Mmmm...tattoo-covered biceps. *Homer Simpson drooling noise* We could only stay there for a bit because I had dinner plans with Joe. He and I went to China One: BUFFET KING. YUM! I love Chinese food.
