My poor Sarah!!! I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. And that is precisely why I don't work out and if I ever did, I would go to the gym and use the workout room with the eliptical machine and the wonderful treadmill, that way I know I'm not going to land in some mucky water somewhere and end up all nasty and cold.
