Fulfillment * * * Nine of Cups
The search for enlightenment... I have finally begun to find myself and channel my spirituality. I am not much of a religious person, although I do pray and believe in God and Jesus Christ in my own way. If someone were to ask what religion I am, I would say I'm Catholic. But I don't go to church, in actuality, I don't like going to church. I don't really like "organized religion" and someone telling you to pray a certain way or to believe a certain thing. That's why I consider myself MUCH more of a spiritual person than a religious one and I am completely happy and comfortable with that. I am very open to other beliefs and practices. Even though I might not agree with some aspects of other religions, etc, they intrigue me and I find them very interesting. One of my favorites is Buddhism! I went to this Native American drumming thing with Alex and it made me realize that I'm really falling into this very happy and peaceful tranquility. I'm becoming more accepting of myself. It's a great feeling.
