Fuck! I got so pist off at work today. I had the rudest couple in the fucking world. I can't believe how rude they were. I would explain the whole situation but I'm not really in the mood to. Oh w/e I'll just say it. I was ringing these people up for 2 sets of CD-R's they were buying but one of them was like $13 bucks and the guy realized that AFTER the transaction was complete. So I was giving him his change and here was the convo:
Rude Asshole: "Wait a second I thought these were $7 dollars, I don't want them anymore."
Polite Me: "Well sir I'm sorry but you have to go to customer service to return them b/c the transaction already went through and I can't do anything about it."
Rude Asshole: "Oh so what I have to wait in ANOTHER line now?!"
Polite Me: "Like I said I can't do anything about it sir, you told me you didn't want them AFTER my register was already opened and the transaction was finished."
Rude Asshole: "Nooo I told you when you were ringing it up. It said $7 dollars in the stand. I told you that, you just weren't listening to me!"
Polite Me: "Yes I was listening, and you DIDN'T tell me while I was ringing it up. My register was already open and the transaction already went through when you realized what the price was."
*Me giving the man his change*
Rude Asshole: "I don't want this! I want my money back! Get a manager I'm not waiting in customer service!"
*Tells his daughter to check the price of the CD-R's... She comes back and tells him the CD-R's are $13 dollars and hands him the correct ones that are $7... He feels stupid. (you can tell)*
*I look at his wife and say... "Look sorry but I couldn't do anything else about it."
His wife also known as RUDE BITCH slams her hand on the counter and says: "DON'T TALK TO ME! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT! YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE ME DIRTY LOOKS AND BLAH BLAH BLAH JUST BE QUIET BLAH BLAH BLAH!"
Polite Me: Mam, I'm not giving anyone dirty looks first of all, I'm hear to help you out not fight with you, I was just trying to say that...
*I get cut off by both of them telling me to just be quiet and stop talking or something like that*
*This time I did give them a mean killer look and they shut up*
Ok so yea. There's the conversation. So after one of my bosses gave me the exchanged item and the rest of his money, I gave it to them, looked right at his wife and said "HAVE A NICE DAY!" with a BIG WIDE SMILE on my face. She couldn't even look me in the eye. I know that pissed her off the fact that she blew up and made herself look like a fucking moron while I laughed it off and smiled in her face instead of getting bitter like her. Well inside I was ready to beat the shit out of her and stick those fucking CD-R's up her ass, but I played it cool and kept it inside b/c I know myself. I don't even want to think about what I would've said to her if I wouldn't have controlled my anger. I felt good after I smiled at her and got her even more pist, but right after that I felt like crying b/c I was so mad. Now I don't care b/c it's over and all my co-worker's & bosses were on my side b/c they all saw it happen. So to all you consumers/customers out there reading this journal right now, here's a message & don't take it the wrong way: BE NICE TO US & DON'T GET MAD AT US FOR YOUR MISTAKES. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU CAN BE SUCH A FUCKING IDIOT SOMETIMES.
So back to a happier note... I got to drive my mom's car today! *GASP* I know what a miracle right! It drives niiiiiiice and smooooooth! AND for even better news: I finally bought my "Reannimation" CD that mysteriously dissapeared from my CD collection! I missed that CD sooooo much! But it is MINE again, ALLL MIIIIIIINE!!!! And this time I'm going to be more careful to who I lend my things to. Especially LINKIN PARK CD's. Actually after that incident I don't think I will be lending ANYTHING that has to do with Linkin Park to anyone. Oh and I got the "Live in Texas" CD & DVD. It's AWESOME!!!!!! I've been listening to it like non-stop since I got it. I think I'm going to finish watching the DVD that I didn't get a chance to continue watching yesterday. L8TA.
