(no subject)
Hey guys,
So...i'm just wondering if anyone might be interested in coming to my house for a bbq/pool party on canada day. I know it's still a month and a bit early, but i'm just curious to know if you guys would wanna do that in stead of going downtown...cause if no one is interested, there's no point planning :P
I have to work all day on canada day, so i dunno if i'd be heading dt even if you guys DID go...but anyways, lemme know what you think!
In other news...i am sitting on my bed with not one, but two dogs around me. They seem to have a thing for my bed, which is quite cute but VERY hot seeing as how i don't have air conditioner. Not to mention the fact that there is little room left for me.
Urm...nothing much has really been happening lately with me. Work is OK...kinda boring right now though. We've had like, seven visitors all week :| And me and the other interpreter i work with are starting to get really annoyed with our tour leader. It's so much fun being stuck five days a week with someone who really grates on your nerves. So i've been a little on edge because of that. Thankfully this weekend the leader was off and so was my boss so it was just me and Stacy (the other interp.) and we get along really well. Hilarity ensued. And lots of knitting! You guys should learn to knit...it's so much fun! I'm learning how to make leg warmers ;)
I as well have been very hermitty lately. Tiredness, not to mention everyone in my family being sick has kinda kept me outta the whole 'being social' thing for the last few weeks. I'm really looking forward to seeing you all tonight!
Oh ya! One very exciting piece of news: My cousin is getting married!!!! yaaaay!! They're actually getting married in june, but it's gonna be super small and i'm not even going to that one...then when she finishes her masters they're going to have a REAL wedding...so yay! I think the family might be more excited about it then they are hehe.
Ya, that's really just about it....it sucks that so many people are having bad/hermitty weeks. *hugs* to everyone who needs it!!
