Joetsu City's 08/01publication of Joetsu Bulletin contains some details about the Kenshin Festival
and the route Gackt Kenshin is scheduled to take on the 1st day of the festival, 08/23.

Procession: Kenshin Bronze Statue ⇒ Foot-of-Mountain Line ⇒ Kasugayama Park⇒ Open space @ the Historical Site of Kasugayama Castle（Scheduled）
出陣行列は春日山（謙信公銅像前）を午後４時40分に出発する予定です。
The war procession is scheduled to leave for Kasugayama at 4.30pm in front of the bronze Kenshin statue.

Many other news had been taking priority lately... haha.. finally a good time to post this :)
[ Ogata Ken ]'s birthday was on 07/20.
I've been stalking checking to see if there's any hint of 魔王様 on his blog XD. None XD
But he did get a really cute present!! :P He's already *gasp* 71 years old..
and the staff from the drama he was filming for - 風のガーデン -gave him a DORAEMON Remote controlled helicopter~!
XD Ogata Ken said he's never experienced playing any remote-controlled devices before
