Adventure Time
I've been watching a bunch of Adventure Time lately (yeah, I’m late to this show, I know) and since it’s technically a cartoon for adults and kids, my own two kiddos have been marathoning it with me. This can be frustrating, because I have to be the responsible adult and not let them rot their brains w/ hours of TV (that’s for adults only). Yesterday I found this craft online and my son made Jake and my daughter Finn (although, she really wanted Marceline). I glued them to card stock to make them more sturdy and now they play with them like actual toys.
Also just before bed last night I heard my son singing the theme song to himself as he was brushing his teeth.
On a totally separate note I think I'm going to do a friend's cut. I already have a such a small list, but I think I would come here more often if I didn't think reading other blog entries of people I never really got to know was tedious. But, if we don't really have a relationship then it won't be such a big deal, right?
