Today sucked. I woke up only to find that Hereford was two hours late but we were ontime... that sucks. I woke up, went to my internship and then i came home extra early.... so i finished my essays... I BSed them so much, oh-well atleast they are done. I went to forensics for the first time... seems like it will be fun, kinda gross, but fun. Then track, i went to the trainer and apparently my ankle is worse. Worse by a lot. so i can't run in the meet tommoorw which is realy bad because its the last meet before counties. I'm already qualified but i want to get in a better heat in the 300, oh-ewll. The trainer threatened me that if i run tommoorw then i might not be able to run the rest of this season and maybe not next season. i didnt' like the sound of that so i decided not to run for this week. I wasn't in the best mood and i go to the weight room, and that sucked. couldnt' relaly do ne legs things, or abs, so i did arms. Then Matt Verdell, i'm gonna kill that kid, like really kill him. I had the chance, but passed it up. i hate him

I think, that if you have an ex, then let them date. I hate people who get mad when their ex goes out with someone. i'm not gonna use names but there are just people who get mad and real jealous when their ex has a new bf or gf... that pisses me off, so if ur still hanging on to ur ex, let go, let him/her go out wiht whoever the fuck they want, u can't control them!!
