It looks like Miss Holly will be the new head teacher of the infant room in a week or two. She wonders if this "promotion" comes with a pay raise.
All in all, though, it's good news. Those damn babies have grown on me.
Also, as a follow up to yesterday, my boss definitely forgot to write my letter. So what I am supposed to tell Pearson? "Uhh, she's gotta find it in her stack of papers, she'll get to it eventually?" Which is basically what she told me. They're really gonna hold that letter in high regard, lemme tell ya.
In other weird news, I am now lovingly being referred to among the toddlers as, "MissAH Holly." Where the extra syllable came from, I have no clue. But it sound disturbingly like they're calling me "Massah Holly" and that just won't fly.It's like my seminar days of last semester are coming back to haunt me. I'd rather go back to being "Cowie." At least that was endearing.
