+ Please note, as of March this year, LJ scrapped basic (free) accounts and so if you do happen to have a basic account and you upgrade to a Plus account for the sole purpose of installing a mood theme, there may be an issue when trying to switch back to a basic one.
+ Please comment if taking and if/when you use it, please credit paradiseblue and/or pixies_icons.
Note: If you are taking, one word of caution if you upload it using Flock. Whenever I've uploaded animated icons using that program, it screws up the animation so you'll either have to upload each mood by hand or try using Photobucket's new Bulk Uploader which I tried the other night and had no problems with.
