It might have taken an extra year, but I graduated!! ...and then I went right back to school. I must be doing it wrong.
(But hey, I have funding!)
It's weird to be coming back to hobbies now of all times. I think I hit my limit at being disconnected and have been slowing getting back into things, reading sites I haven't seen in a while, etc. I hope this doesn't mean burnout followed by a crash and burn education-wise.
Re-reading my old stuff to prep for the new and finding typos--I'm so tempted to fix them but I worry that will trigger FF.net's updates and one or two people's hopes up. I know I would be excited to see an update notice on some old fics. With Constrictor and Familiar Faces I can at least fix when I update but not the rest. Also, I gotta figure out what to do with the remnants of plotbunnies that weren't as developed or perhaps aren't as necessary now the series that spawned them are all but forgotten. (I think at some point I got into a 'how many ways can I think up of bring comics Jaye back to life kick.)
I'm so behind. I still haven't seen the live action movie, haven't read the IDW comic and I haven't seen any of Renegades. I'm pretty excited about the last one. I hope it's Netflixable or something. (...and then once I catch up, I can go read the fics!)
