Summer's Over, Let's Look at that List
Build a new desktop computer. <-- check. It's mostly old parts/hand-me-downs but it was what I was planning. It's going to take a while to get used to and get all the software installed that I'm going to find out that I need but things appear to mostly be in working order. We'll probably find more kinks in the next couple of weeks.
Post something! <-- Well nothing is -posted- but I've done the first pass of what I wanted to post and now I have to enter second and third edit passes. Either way, the hard part is done... er, except chapter titles.
I'm revising my outline now though because a scene I thought was only going to take part of a chapter I misjudged and actually is spilling over into another chapter... then there's all that other stuff that is supposed to go in that chapter. I thought of moving some of it to the wimpy shorter chapter before but I think that will confuse the chronology or mess up the flow. I wish I was more consistent in chapter length.
Draw something! <-- check. I'm pretty psyched about how it came out. I need to pack it to send soon though.
Organize! <-- Um... well, I did put a dent in the chores and cleaning, just not as much as I would have liked.
I'm all sorts of nervous about the new school term. I'm not sure why. I -like- school but I'm going to miss the free time of Summer. I did well last term but somehow I still feel intimidated for this semester. Hopefully I'll ease into it all soon.
