Okay I have to admit my Williams Sonoma spree was more fun than I expected. I got a small and a large calphalon nonstick pan for eggs and meats and things, and I got two half-sheet cookie pans with silpat liners (that hopefully won't rust all over everything like my current cookie pan)and I got two ceramic covered baguette pans (because who doesn't want specialized baking equipment for every single different type of bread?) and I got a digital scale for weighing flour and other delicious goodies. So... I will probably be baking a lot in the near future. In all my free time.
