On Saturday, I went out to the extremely interesting women's first grade T-20 cricket final wherein I certainly did not sit in the air con while S did the scoring and read my book. After that excitement, we got some sushi and juice and then went to hers to play LEGO HARRY POTTER FTW. Omg. It was so entertaining (note: earlier I was being sarcastic, now I am not. I understand it'd just be easier if I was not sarcastic but what would be the fun in that). Then we packed up the xbox and went to Berni's shindig and played Potter there. We were spectacularly anti-social, but honestly, Potter wins over drunk bogans any day.
So then on Sunday night I decided that I was thoroughly over Going Out And Seeing Folk, so I made some really good vegetarian foods (chickpea patties rolled in polenta and sesame seeds, steamed vegetables, seasame seed coated haloumi cheese and perienase on the side) and watched Bones and Top Gear. It was the best ever.
Today I am at uni being "productive" which means I've been emailing Berni about the music festival on Saturday that we're going to, have already emailed U of W.A professor about using one of their archives for my researchin', and am "thinking about new topics" which seems to actually be stuffing around getting new LJ icons and reading faaaaar too much of ONTD, because really, I am sort of banking on just being able to do Eileen Joyce and therefore not needing to develop new topics.
