the one with a list of semi-ranting
Okay so it's probably not going to come as much of a surprise that I do often sit around thinking about clothes, fashion, and everything. I'd like to say I'm not tired enough to actually discuss some things properly, but I am really quite tired. So instead of actual anything, here are some questions and remarks.
1. When are you too old to dress punk/hardcore/emo/indie/hip hop/whatevs?
This one is sooo tricky. I give up on ever coming to an actual decision here.
2. If you have short hair and small boobs, will males automatically assume you're a lesbian if you wear jeans?
This one doesn't worry me too much. Firstly, if someone is dumb enough to assume your sexuality based on stereotyped information, well, who gives a damn what they think. Secondly, the amount of times I have been hit on whilst wearing jeans and a band shirt greatly outweighs occurances whilst wearing dress/skirt (so much so actually that it has never happened while wearing dress/skirt).
3. Why do I have so many outfit options for the Washington show?
Probably because I keep buying stuff, yeah.
4. What do you wear to a show that says "hey, I'm single and pretty awesome, you should talk to me if you're also awesome" but not "heeeeey, I'm pretty easy".
I'm guessing just whatever I normally wear but without a scowl? Who knows. I'll never be able to do Sam's approach which is wear a low cut top, but hey, that's just not me anyway.
And I give up. One day I will have all the answers to life, the universe and everything. But things'll be far less interesting then. For now I shall watch Megan Washington on Good News Week.
