Food! I have been eating/attempting to eat all raw fruit/nuts/vegies until dinner time, when i can't be arsed cooking for myself and just eat what mum makes. But it feels great. I have the killer cold that everyone here has but i feel fine, my voice just sounds all husky.

Anyway, it's actually really easy, as long as you have a mega sized smoothie for breakfast. I usually have one with two large apples, one large banana and a bunch or lettuce or sprouts or something green. I miss muesli sometimes, but i'm addicted to smoothies now.

this website has a free e-book of raw food recipes, some weird and some easy. Also the forum is filled with slightly scary uber-health-obsessed hippies, but it motivates me to keep eating healthy instead of just for a few days before reverting to chocolate and toast.
