Untogether

The internet is so full of somebodies that it's very easy to hurt a person without meaning to at all. And I swear hand on heart I never meant to poke around at anyone's wounds or dance on anyone's toes. I understand first hand how you feel and I'm really sorry. I hope everything's ok.

Sometimes there's no poison like a dream... )

i think thats a natural thing though. unless your someone born with a heart that adores attention and can honestly believe "screw anyone who doesnt like me or what im doing" and personally i think such a person is like a unicorn. i mean i doubt i'll ever be able to look at anyone from stage - i cant even walk along the street with my head up for fear of looking at people! and from memory i didnt get a buzz for the first few times i played, but it does come eventually! hence why im STILL trying to get bands going, even jokey laugh about ones! im not saying there wont be another bad gig if u keep at it, infact i can promise u there will be, but the good ones make up for them. and getting into a gig for free cos ur in the band can never be a bad thing ;)

we don't want anyone else. you started this thing and you did fine! don't worry i'm really pissed off at that snide wee bitch too, (more cause she treated me like shit on the pavement than anything she said), i'm sorry bald hats and ELC instruments arn't cool enough for her who's who image. but there'll always be one asshole at every gig who refuses to get the joke. it's just too bad you thought that asshole was your friend. don't worry there won't be any more gigs for a good while yet, it's a bit of a different act that needs the right environmet to go down well, mikefest was the perfect environment and it did go down well. everyone had a great time. but we'll not be taking it to katys or the rosetta or anything. there's no pressure. just remember who your friends are.

...and don't forget about inevitably getting signed up for a pepsi cola ad campaign
surely that's reason enough to keep going!
