Where are you guys staying at right now? I still don't drive but I need something done with my hair that will make it not so flat and boring as it's been lately.
I really love the way Pam's hair looks in the first picture [I love teased up and biggish hair, mine is just pretty thick so it doesn't always come out nicely] AND the color [I've always wanted to go platinum] but I'm not sure what it would look like on me. Some people say to go for it [as I do] and some say it just wouldn't look right on me. So first off, what do you think about that?
I'm trying to let my hair grow out, but I really CANNOT stand how it's been looking lately. I can't do anything with it really so I'm desparate for a style! I had it trimmed and "styled" about 2 weeks ago and they hardly did anything to it so it looks plain. I told them I just didn't want to lose ALL of the length of my hair, but in return they didn't do much to it and rushed me so I said fuck it and just paid and left. I wasn't happy at all with it AND my bangs aren't really even or anything. I wanted them to be V-cut but she didn't know how to do it so I said to just give me bangs again. Now I'm trying to train them and they always look so bad.
I'm really open with what's done to my hair, I just don't really know where to go with it so that's why I'm asking you. I'm really glad you're doing this because although I don't drive my birthday is just around the corner and I'm pretty sure my mom would be cool with taking me [that sounds so lame, but I don't drive myself!] and letting you do it for me.
So basically I want a new color, but I'm sure getting the white color I was leaning towards [which I still need advice on] would take time and effort since I have black in my hair... so yes, a new color and a cut/style without taking too much of the overall length off of my hair. But if it has to be done, I'll do it so long as it won't grow in being as intolerable as my hair has been right now. So maybe a style that my hair can grow into instead of totally out of, if that makes any sense.
Help me, Richie!!!! I'll be more than glad to pay you in exchange for your help =]

ok... i think you would look good with platinum, but i insist you do it the right way. keep yr hair dyed dark for now with a semipermanent rinse just to keep yr roots from looking bad. let the permanently dyed black grow out till yr roots are long enuf to cut them to that length. them we go platinum. i know its not instant self gratification... but its worth the wait not frying yr hair that much more.

as far as the cut.... when yr trying to grow yr hair out and so you dont really have much that yr willing to let go of..... thats when style becomes really important. we can decide on something stylish that wont look horrid growing out.
