Have done a few paintings, not as many as I would like. I got this thing called an Nook e-reader for Christmas and... very little gets done except reading. *sigh*
The Church youth sponsored a concert with a christian music band this past weekend. Since Hubby is a youth leader, that took up a good chunk of time. The band was Rapture Ruckus http://www.raptureruckus.com/ - ever hear of them? now you have. They are here in the U.S. from New Zealand and really are not bad for being the new version of a metal/rap hybred. Anything with a rap flair is usually no where close to my thing but I these guys.
This coming weekend is the great gaming convention known as Origins. Some of us DS players are attending, nothing super organized (we will be in the open gaming area) so stop on by if you are in Columbus Ohio! One of the things I am hoping to do is to get as many players as I can together and find out who has what planned as far as the Future of DS. It would be nice to get all of us working to gether to save the game we all love and I think that different people hold different pieces of the puzzle we need to solve. If we can work together, then maybe something great will happen. Or am I wishful thinking?
