im back
Heyy guys
I aint been on for a while due to family issues, as mentioned in my last post my grandad (mum's dad) had to have a risky op and we wasn't sure what was gonna happen, then to make matters worse a week after my grandad was admitted my aunt (dad's sister) was rushed into hospital too with liver failure. We didnt think she was gonna make it throught the night, but thanks to the doctor on A&E that night she pulled through and has made a full recovery and is now at home. But unfortunately on 13th dec my grandad passed away. It was real hard on me has he was the only grandfather i have known (my dad's dad die when he was 16) and I was close to him as he and my nan have lived 10 houses down from me my entire life. I didnt feel like celebrating christmas, but got through it for my younger sisters, who took it bad as my eldest sister had just celebrated her 18th birthday a few days before, they both lost their other grandad (my step grandad) just after the new year a few years ago. and our grandads funeral was the day after the anniversary of my step grandads death. Its a struggle but we are slowly getting through it and trying to carry on just like my grandad would want us to. I miss him so much but i know he want me to carry on and live life to the fullest just like he did. He did so many amazing thing in life including being a fighter pilot in WW2, having kids, fostering my mum and her brother and sister, he was an amazing person who I have always admired and aways will. R.I.P grandad. I miss you, but I will always love and remember you.
on a different and better note. I went to my first Anime & manga fan event on the 8th dec, had a great time and really enjoyed it. And I think I'v found a new hobby with cosplaying. I went as Natasha Stark (Earth-3490 female version of Tony Stark lol) and my best friend went in steampunk attire. I can't wait to go to the Sci-Fi convention that is happening later this year. I'll post some pictures soon as there was some brillant costumes and yes Deadpool was there lol.
I also had an interview last Monday for a full time job as a catering assistant so I'm hoping to here back of them soon. I really want to get back to work. So fingers crossed for that.
And I have started to continue rewriting some of my old stories. with everything going on i put them on the back burner but have finally decided to get back to it. I'm hoping that by writing again it will help me deal with my grandads death.
