such a fun weekend this last weekend! Friday was my darling's birthday, so, we went to his parents for dinner and then I went golfing w/ him and Dustin. It was SO weird being at Blue's Creek, I haven't been there in forever. Between the 3 of us, we found 36 extra balls on the course, and had a fun time driving around and being goofy. Saturday I went out to lunch w/ Mom and Emily at Tumbleweed, and then shopping at Filene's basement. I got an AWESOME pair of Oscar De La Renta sunglasses for only 9.99! Saturday night Kyle and I went to Scioto Downs w/ his parents. That was by far my favorite part of the weekend.. betting on the horse races is SOOOOO much fun. I had beginners luck, I won 10/12 races! On the last race, I won 22.80 on a 2.40 trifecta bet! The whole evening ended up being free for me.. awesome! Yesterday I had lunch at my parents, spent time w/ my Dad, and then went to my Grandparents. Kyle and I went to his grandparents house to play Polish poker and fish, and have yummy chocolate birthday cake. Mmmm.. chocolate.
this is my last week "off" (and off means only working 20 hrs. a week) before I go back to school full time for summer quarter. No vacations for me this summer. :( boo!
