The pics and news this morning are horrible. Are all of your buddies okay?

Everyone seems to be okay. One of our students was in the accident but walked away from it without a scratch. I have driven by both sides of the bridge to and from work and saw it from the roof of our building about three blocks away and it is insane. It is just insane to see this bridge you mindlessly drive over every single day in the water like that.

Our GOP governor has vetoed many infrastructure/transportation funding bills in the last five years that were penned by DFLers simply because he refuses to raise taxes. I have a feeling there will be many angry Minnesotans when this is all said and done.
